I bought two word documents, containing information about acne, from eBay. They explain two different views and two different ways to treat acne with vitamins. I thought I had wasted my money again but decided that after all I had spent, buying a couple of months worth of vitamins now was worth a try. Maybe trying both would work better. The man at Holland & Barratt said that all three vitamins could be used together so I bought them. Pantothenic acid (a B-Vitamin timed-release over 8 hours), zinc and flaxseed oil (also known as Linseed oil).

I didn't hold out much hope but it is 5 weeks on (02Nov05) and I saw my sister-in-law today. We have not seen each other for six weeks and had a nice afternoon chatting. The conversation got to talking about skin, my nephews are at that adolescent age of acne, when she said how good my skin was looking. She also said it had a glow to it!

I was so happy.

I then thought back over the last month and realised that although I hadn't noticed my skin drastically improving, I had spent less time in front of the mirror being miserable. I had even smiled at my reflection a bit more.

I would not want to benefit financially from anyone who is suffering with acne so I have decided not to sell-on these two documents. I will instead send both to anyone who emails me requesting them. It may not be the answer for everyone. It may not work for you.

But it is free for you to keep, read, try and make up your own mind.

I cannot make claims that these reports were the answer to the whole problem. I have made a conscious effort to drink 5-6 glasses of water a day and I have put less on my face.

I wash with Dove soap only and occasionally dab on sudocrem if I get a spot but the ones I do get now seem to heal a lot faster than they used to.
